I'm passionate about Health and Fitness. I will be privileged to share my passion and knowledge with you. I have been teaching in the Fitness industry since 1995. I am dedicated to my clients, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing them improve and reach their goals whether it's weight loss, being able to touch their toes by increasing their flexibility or stress relief. My sessions are fun friendly and effective, making fitness an enjoyable part of your lifestyle.
